OMG!! These guys are the best. I had a service request come in. They were fast. They were prompt and they were friendly. They fixed my outside faucet with no problems and in good record time. The service man name was Hunter and I definitely recommend these guys. From now on these are the only plumbers that I will call on in my area. Great job!!!

Cody Faulkner was the service tech for priority plumbing that came to my property to check for water leak. He confirmed what I found that there was a outdoor faucet left running for a long period of time that the tenant did not know about Cody’s always been very professional. I’ve used him in the past not only is he a professional he is a really nice man and helps me when I need it. I’ll be glad to call priority plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs. The service tech said there would be no charge.

From the very beginning, it was clear that John was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Additionally, it was obvious that he loves his profession, has a strong work ethic, and genuinely cares about the quality of the workmanship. Most importantly, John made sure to keep me informed and communicated in a way to help me understand each issue and the resolution.

Similarly, the office support staff was always professional, polite, and respectful, and went the extra mile to answer questions and provide accurate information.

I have used High Priority Plumbing many times to do small jobs, but this was the first time I needed something big. I needed to replace our home water heaters. John Bourgeois came to do the initial estimate, and he was great – punctual, professional, and thorough. He pointed out several things that were not to code. Their estimate was also the lowest of three companies that I got estimates from.

There were some scheduling conflicts for getting the work done, but the company staff were very accommodating and professional through that, with very quick turnaround and it was easy to get the right person on the line to talk to.

When the day came, John came with Justin Mohon and they both put in the water heaters. They were both fantastic! We ran into some tricky decisions with the install once they got into it, but they both went the extra mile to ensure the job was done perfectly, going back out to get different tanks because the ones they had did not quite fit. They were both very professional and efficient. After the job was done, they really took the time to explain the new system and answer any questions I had. They were also very respectful of my home.
